Getting Erlang Docs in PDF
One deeply frustrating thing about learning Erlang is the heavy use of frames in the online documentation. Google can’t link to appropriate pages, they can’t be bookmarked or sent to friends, etc, etc. One minor win that I just found, though: you can grab various pieces of the doc in PDF format from:
http://www.erlang.org/doc/pdf/
You have to sort of already know what you’re looking for, but at least this way you can, e.g, pull down 70 pages of OTP docs (design_principles.pdf) and read up on gen_server to your heart’s content.
